Terms and Conditions

GENERAL INFORMATION

  1. These terms and conditions are relevant to every order that is placed and every agreement that is reached through naturesfarm.com
  1. By placing an order, you agree with the terms and conditions of naturesfarm.com
  1. Unless explicitly agreed upon by all parties involved and confirmed in writing by naturesfarm.com, exceptions from these terms and conditions are not applicable to any orders or agreements reached through naturesfarm.com

ORDERS AND CONTRACTS OF SALE

  1. When you place an order on naturesfarm.com you will be asked to confirm your order when you reach the final step of the ordering process. After confirming your order, that will mean that you have agreed to these terms and conditions.
  1. After placing your order, we will send you a confirmation email to confirm that your order has been successfully received. The email will be sent to the email address you provide us with during the ordering process
  1. The order confirmation does not yet constitute a contract of sale. The order confirmation is only intended to inform you of the fact that naturesfarm.com has received your order
  1. A sale is considered valid once payment is received and naturesfarm.com confirms shipment of the product
  1. If payment is not successful,our Support Team will contact you via text and/or email to complete the payment. The  order will automatically be cancelled after 3 days and a contract of sale will not come into place

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  1. Naturesfarm.com accepts orders from any country in the world
  1. International orders may be subject to custom charges. If customs charges are imposed on your order, you will have to pay for these charges upon delivery of your order. As we have no control over custom charges, please understand that naturesfarm.com cannot be held responsible for any additional custom charges imposed on your order

INVENTORY

  1. If a product is out of stock our Support Team will automatically inform you hereof
  1. In the event you place an order for a product that is out of stock and you were not informed hereof in time, e.g. due to technical defaults, naturesfarm.com has the right to cancel your order. If you have already paid for the product, we will reimburse you for the exact amount you paid

PRICES

  1. You will be charged the prices as shown on naturesfarm.com at the time you place your order
  1. Shipping charges may change upon passing your order to couriers as it is computed based on weight and your shipping location. Our Support Team will contact you if any additional charges occur
  1. naturesfarm.com has the right to cancel the promised products in the event that the prices were incorrectly shown due to technical defaults

PAYMENT

  1. You can pay for your order using any of the following payment methods: Credit Card, Debit Card, Paynow and Stripe

SHIPPING

  1. Your order will be fulfilled after your payment is received
  1. When payment for your order is received, we will process and fulfill your order within 1 to 7 business days. Products will be delivered to the address you provided us with when you placed your order
  1. As soon as your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email
  1. Shipping within Singapore generally takes 1 to 3 business days from the day of shipment. Shipping outside of Singapore generally takes 1-3 weeks from the day of shipment
  1. The estimated delivery provided by Nature's Farm is mostly standard deliveries. However, some cases are subject to longer transit time caused by air freight delay, customs processes and other unforeseen situations which are out of Nature's Farm control
  1. These delivery times are an indication, not a guarantee. Longer delivery times than the delivery times indicated here, will not entitle you to compensation, to cancel your order or to revoke your contract of sale
  1. Although it is unlikely, customs officials are authorized to open packages for inspection. As this is out of our hands, please understand that we cannot accept responsibility for any orders delayed by foreign customs. Additionally, custom duties, which are not included in our product or shipping charges, may or may not be imposed by customs officials in your country. Our customers tell us that fees are consistently not collected on small parcels. Contact customs officials in your country for more information on how your order will be handled by them
  1. Here at Nature's Farm we respect rules and regulations of all governments and we do our best to avoid shipping customs prohibited substances but prior to ordering, please check with your local customs office if you can import the products and if any additional licenses or permits are needed

LIABILITY

  1. Naturesfarm.com is never obliged to pay compensation for damages except if and insofar as the damage suffered was inflicted intentionally or by the gross negligence of naturesfarm.com or its employees. Naturesfarm.com’s liability for loss of profits, consequential or indirect damages is, however, at all times excluded
  1. In all cases in which naturesfarm.com is obliged to pay compensation for damages, this will never be higher than either the invoice value of the product to which or in connection with which the damage was caused
  1. Any claim towards naturesfarm.com, except those recognised by naturesfarm.com, lapses after a period of 1 week after delivery of the products
